Along the way there are plenty of opportunities to stop at wine châteaux and farms to enjoy local tastings and experience wine culture up close.

Level and standard
The hikes follow good trails through varied, sometimes rocky terrain. The stages are between 10-15 km per day of easy to moderate character, with small elevation differences. Some days there are shorter or longer alternatives, and the circuit in St Emilion's vineyards can feel somewhat more challenging.
Accommodation
You can choose between Comfort (3*) and Charm (3*+ to 4*). Regardless of standard, you can expect accommodation with character, warm hospitality and the opportunity for several well-prepared dinners including wine. Breakfast is included every day.

Wine Hiking in BordeauxVery good. We are satisfied. Bordeaux was a positive surprise. Beautiful and varied nature on the hike. Hotels and transfers (with the exception of transportation from the airport to the hotel in Bordeaux) worked perfectly and on schedule. We had enormous luck with the weather, we were there between two heat waves of around 40 degrees C.
