Good to know

1. Check that there are flights or other connections that suit you before you book the trip, but wait to book the flight until you have received our booking confirmation.
2. Book your trip on our website. We then start confirming all content, a process that usually takes 3-5 days.
3. We then email a booking confirmation that you check and pay the registration fee for. Note that the booking is binding if the desired place is available. Should a place not be available, we suggest an alternative that you are free to accept or decline.

Once you're back home, you'll receive a customer evaluation in your email. We gratefully welcome your feedback on the trip so that we can become even better for next time. It's very much thanks to our engaged guests that we can maintain our high quality.

The survey is sent to the booking holder's email address and can be filled out once. Your feedback is completely private and is not shared with anyone outside the organization. We read all evaluations but cannot respond to them. Please indicate if you want to be contacted regarding something that occurred during the trip. You can also always call or email us separately.
