About us

I have admittedly poor patience with both cities and bus windows. All the more fun then to hike, mountain bike, surf, do yoga or cold-water swim in alpine lakes (I'm considered slightly crazy by my Italian friends). Yes, I've lived in Italy for a long time even though I've worked for Swedish travel companies throughout my career.

As a child in Provence, I tested both gravity and mom's patience: I preferred climbing the limestone walls of Calanques rather than diving into schoolbooks. Hiking became my first love, mushroom hunting my first salary, and cycling stole my heart just in time for my thirty-year crisis. Nowadays I make sure our systems never get lost.

Since the football dream crashed, it's travel and adventure that makes me genuinely happy, and getting to help others plan their dream trips with hiking and cycling feels almost even better. But don't ask me about smart packing tips because I haven't cracked the code yet. I always manage to sneak in one too many 'just in case' garments.

Ten years ago I crossed the Atlantic on my first adventure, but now my sea legs have gotten hiking boots (landlubber! the colleagues shout). Traveling and discovering new places is the best thing I know, and getting to help our travelers find the right trip is like sharing your favorite cake.

I thrive best outdoors. In a sailboat on the sea, below the surface among fish and corals, on a mountain with skis on, or in the forest with laced boots and my dog by my side. When I can't be outside, I'm CEO and jack-of-all-trades at Intoit, where I support, fix and help in every way I can.

I'm a curious soul who likes to go on adventures. Foreign cultures or new hidden gems at home work just as well. I especially thrive in nature, on long walks in the forest with mushroom and berry picking or on the bike. I also like to come up with things to do with friends and family – from spontaneous outings to cozy dinners. Life is about creating memories!

Ulf flutters around like a hummingbird between Intoit's various tour operators and thinks it's the most fun thing ever (as soon as he lands long enough to write his own presentation, we'll publish it here). Equally enthusiastic and determined whether it's about building great travel companies, swimming along Cinque Terre or cycling from Gothenburg to Nerja. Yes, he has actually done both ordeals.
