Welcome to Amsterdam and the beginning of your cycling holiday. If you arrive early, there's plenty of time to discover the city's famous 17th-century canal ring, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Stroll along the narrow canals, settle down at a café or visit the city's lively squares such as Dam, Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein. Those who want to see Amsterdam from a different perspective can rent a pedal boat or take a boat trip through the canals.

This is an easy cycling trip with daily stages of 30–37 km. The route goes almost exclusively on the Netherlands' well-developed cycle paths and quiet minor roads through flat terrain. The trip suits both inexperienced cycling holidaymakers and you who want to combine short cycling days with plenty of time for culture, museums and café visits.
You stay at carefully selected three- and four-star hotels with private bathroom and breakfast included. In several locations there is the possibility to choose upgraded hotels with higher standards. All accommodations are well adapted for the route and provide a comfortable base after the day's cycling.
