This trip offers a varied week in Croatia's coastal landscape, where you get to experience both the UNESCO World Heritage site Dubrovnik and visit two of the area's largest islands. Each day offers fabulous views over the glittering sea, long sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs. Not to mention the opportunity to taste Croatian cuisine and enjoy olives, goat cheese, squid risotto and fresh seafood.
The trip begins with two nights and a hike in the Konavle area not far from the airport, before our transfer bus takes you to the fairy-tale city of Dubrovnik. Here you get a guided tour and plenty of time to stroll around on your own.
With Dubrovnik as your base, you make a day trip to the island of Šipan before spending two days with pleasant hiking on one of Croatia's most beautiful islands, Mljet, and then return for a final day in Dubrovnik.

Dinner
A transfer takes you from Dubrovnik airport to the accommodation in Konavle. The Konavle area is known for its beautiful nature, where gigantic hills covered with typical Mediterranean vegetation stretch up from the high cliffs by the sea. After checking in at our selected accommodation, you get all the information you need for the week and can set out to explore the surroundings.
When booking Premium hotel standard, accommodation is booked in Cavtat, and transfers to and from the hiking are arranged.
Accommodation in Konavle
Level and standard
The hikes are of moderate character along mostly well-marked trails. Lightly strenuous day tours at a leisurely pace, usually 9-18 km and 200-400 meters of elevation. Several days offer different alternatives that you choose according to desire and energy.
You choose your own accommodation standard on this trip - Comfort or Charm. In both cases breakfast is included every morning and you get a good room with private bathroom. Comfort means guesthouse or mid-class hotel while Charm means exclusively four-star hotels with high service.
