This trip is perfect for you who want to discover Ireland's west coast at a slightly slower pace – with time to stop, enjoy the views and really take in the atmosphere. Here you get the chance to experience Connemara's unique character up close: a landscape where dramatic mountains meet vast beaches and the Atlantic crashes against the coast with its wild force.
The route takes you both along the sea and through the inland's green valleys and charming small villages. Each day awaits cycling stages of 25–45 km, just right to have time to both explore and relax. The roads wind through a rolling landscape, with gentle ups and downs that make the cycling varied but enjoyable.
