Welcome to a magnificent cycling trip that takes you along Costa Blanca from Alicante to Valencia. An idyllic cycling route where the sun and beach landscape unite with the Alicante mountains for a fantastic contrast. Along the way you will visit the most picturesque towns on the Mediterranean coast, with plenty of time to try the traditional food of the area. You pass through ancient Roman cities with their vaults and the region's wine production. A mixture of tradition, culture, landscape, food and people that one does not want to forget soon.

Transfer from Alicante to Altea, perhaps Costa Blanca's most beautiful city where it sits majestically above the sea. In winter, the beach promenade is quiet, but in spring and summer it bustles with life with many beach bars. Join in the local custom "el Tardeo", where people meet near the central market in the afternoon to socialize at pubs and bars. Don't miss the old town either, beautifully situated against Sierra Bernia with magnificent views. At the top stands the church Virgen del Consuelo with its blue and white domes – from the square in front you can see the entire region.
Accommodation in Altea
Level and standard
Suitable for you with normal fitness and offers mostly easy cycling terrain, with elements of hilly sections. One day may feel somewhat more uphill, but short tram sections make it easier. Some stages offer optional longer alternatives for those who want extra miles.
