Welcome to a real pleasure cycling through lovely countryside without troublesome hills. You cycle between medieval villages like Pals, Fontclara and Gualta to Costa Brava and the azure blue Mediterranean. The roads are small and with little traffic, sometimes you roll on gravel.
Pedal past fields of golden wheat and sunflowers, pine forests and rice fields. There's also the possibility to visit Salvador Dali's museum in Figueres - a museum that's actually fun!

Arrival to La Pera or Corça. If you fly to Barcelona and arrive at the train station in Flaca, the hotel owner will pick you up there. Transfer from Girona airport can be booked as an optional extra. At the first accommodation, your bicycle and cycling equipment await you.

Level and standard
Relatively easy cycling in flat or gently rolling terrain. Some days offer shorter or longer variants depending on daily form, and there's possibility to extend routes for more climbing. The roads are mostly country roads, smaller paved roads and some gravel roads with little traffic.
Accommodation
You stay at charming, smaller hotels or family-run farm accommodations (agriturismo) in traditional buildings where breakfast is included every day. Choose between Comfort (agriturismo) and Charm (better hotels). Carefully selected for their genuine character, personal hospitality and peaceful environment - a pleasant base for lovely mornings and recovery after cycling.
