Cycle the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara

This cycling trip along the Atlantic Way takes you through some of Connemara's most pristine and magnificent landscapes on Ireland's wild west coast. Part of the route follows the famous coastal road The Wild Atlantic Way – one of the world's most spectacular coastal stretches.

The cycling distances are deliberately shorter, giving you time to really take in the atmosphere, explore the surroundings and enjoy the tranquility of this unique landscape. Along the way you'll encounter charming fishing villages, cycle through green valleys and out onto rocky peninsulas. One of the trip's highlights is a day on the charismatic island of Inishbofin, where daily life is still shaped by the wild sea and where traditional music often sounds from the small pubs.
