Cycle through the food region of Veneto with Italy's favorite bubbly as the theme - an unbeatable thirst-quencher after a day in the saddle! The journey follows the Sile river with magnificent Venetian villas and old water mills, through the "town of a hundred horizons" Asolo, Valdobbiadene with the very finest winemakers and Bassano del Grappa. Here, at the old pedestrian bridge, you can wash down the most enthusiastic meal with Italy's answer to cognac. A wonderful cycling trip across beautiful, vine-clad hills at the foot of the Dolomites, with plenty of good food on the plate and in the glass.

Level and standard
The cycling is of medium difficulty on mixed terrain with a few steeper sections. You cycle on a mix of minor paved roads, some gravel and cycle paths. Days 3 and 5 are the most demanding, while the first and last cycling days feel more relaxed. It's possible to choose an e-bike to even out the hills.
We use selected 3-4* hotels in larger cities and cozy agriturismos as well as country inns with local charm. All rooms have private bathrooms, TV, minibar and a hairdryer. A good continental breakfast is served every morning for a proper start to the day.
