Hadrian's Wall is Europe's largest preserved Roman monument and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The hiking trail, which is one of Britain's most popular, opened in 2003 and follows the Roman barrier in its full length.
Hike through a beautiful and wild English landscape and explore all the border forts, towers, milecastles, museums and visitor centers along the wall. The trip can be taken with flexible length of 5-10 days depending on how long daily stages you want to have.
You can also choose to walk along the best preserved part of the wall in 5 days/4 nights. You stay at comfortable and charming B&Bs, Guesthouses and Country Inns where a warm welcome and a hearty breakfast are included.
