Mallorca's northwestern coast offers a landscape that surprises - peaceful, magnificent and fairytale beautiful. Here you hike from village to village along dramatic coastal cliffs, through Serra de Tramuntana's mighty mountains and past fragrant orange groves, almond trees and olive plantations. Along the way, small moments await that make the journey unforgettable. Stop for a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice directly from the garden, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear sea at one of the hidden beaches.
During this 8-day journey you hike all the way from charming Valldemossa to historic Pollenca. A highlight is day 6, when you follow GR-221's most spectacular stage, from Cúber up via Coll des Prat (1195 m) and on to the peaceful monastery Lluc.

Arrival in Valldemossa and check-in at the hotel. Valldemossa is a picturesque town built around a monastery known for Frederic Chopin and George Sand staying here during the winters. You can reach Valldemossa by taxi from the airport or by local bus from Palma.

The hikes are of moderate character, with both even sections and some steeper parts as well as noticeable elevation differences. You follow well-marked trails and paths. One day offers alternative routes, making it easy to adapt the pace according to daily form.
