On this trip you get to experience GR20, one of Europe's wildest – and most challenging – hikes. The trail crosses Corsica from north to south and takes you through high granite mountains, ancient shepherd paths and fantastic landscapes that have been used for millennia.
The entire trail is approximately 180 km long with 12,000 m elevation gain and is well marked. The northern part, between Calenzana and Vizzavona, is technically most demanding with steep and rocky trails, while the southern part, from Vizzavona to Conca, is often considered easier – but can become hot during summer. Training before the trip is recommended!

Level and standard
The hikes are long, often 6-9 hours per day or more. Count on steep uphill and downhill slopes and significant elevation differences on certain days. Temperatures vary and weather conditions can be difficult. You should be in good shape. Some stages offer alternatives and can be extra demanding.
Accommodation
You stay in dormitories or tents, with limited access to shower and toilet. A simple continental breakfast is included every morning. The trip price includes full board all days except the last day when a picnic is included. If you have allergies, contact us. Simple standard, great experiences.
Tip! You can make your GR20 adventure a bit more comfortable by choosing double or single rooms at hotels in the places where it's possible:
