A fantastic coastal hike that takes you along the Ligurian riviera from Portofino in the west to Portovenere in the east. The days are filled with fantastic views over the Mediterranean, vineyards and olive groves. After a first night in the "city of a thousand sails" Camogli, the journey begins with a hike to the hidden monastery San Fruttuoso and the jet-set town Portofino. The hike then takes you to the picturesque villages Bonassola and Monterosso where you in the village Monterosso come to the first of the five magical Cinque Terre villages.
Don't worry, you will get the opportunity to visit all five magical villages! The finish will be a magnificent hike down to the colorful town Portovenere, Venus' harbor.

Level and standard
The hikes are of moderate character with elements of stairs and clear elevation differences. You follow well-marked trails and paths through beautiful coastal nature. Several stages offer shorter alternatives. The finish towards Portovenere is longer and more hilly and can be experienced as extra demanding.
Accommodation
You stay at charming 3-star hotels with good location. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with toilet/shower/bath. Breakfast is included every morning and provides a pleasant start, perfect before the day's hike and enjoyable evenings on your own.
