Wellness hiking in the Azores

The hikes are between 2 and 4 hours per day, on well-marked trails with moderate elevation differences. The terrain varies between coastal paths, forest roads and volcanic mountain trails, but without technically difficult sections. You don't need previous experience of hiking trips – normal fitness and a desire to discover the Azores' unique nature at a comfortable pace is sufficient.

During the trip you stay at carefully selected 4-star hotels that combine comfort, character and relaxation. Two nights are spent at Vale do Navio with Spa in the charming coastal town of Capelas, three nights at the iconic Terra Nostra Garden Hotel in Furnas with direct access to the island's famous hot springs, and the trip's last night at Casa Hintze Ribeiro in the heart of Ponta Delgada – perfect for enjoying the city's life and atmosphere.
