The fantastic mountain landscape will take your breath away on this hiking trip in the Dolomites and Val Badia. Experience exciting hiking stages through dramatic mountain nature with snow-covered peaks and beautiful flower meadows. This unique part of Italy offers delightful cuisine, rich wildlife and lovely nature with open expanses and alpine lakes.
The hikes start from La Valle where you stay comfortably at a small family-run hotel with half board six of the nights. One day you go up to the Fanes plateau and overnight in the Fanes hut. No hike is particularly difficult and you will walk on wide, well-marked trails. A recommendation is still to have some experience of hiking with elevation differences.

Dinner
Arrival to the peaceful, small mountain village La Valle. Check-in at the hotel where you also receive the hiking maps for the week. Take a short walk, feel the calming environment and the magical mountain atmosphere before sitting down for your first dinner at the hotel.
Accommodation in La Valle or Wengen
Level and standard
Medium to lightly challenging mountain hikes on well-marked trails. Basic experience of elevation gain and good fitness are recommended. The daily elevation differences are indicated in the program. Some stages are longer, and certain days have shorter alternatives.
Accommodation
In La Valle you stay at a small comfortable 3-star hotel with Spa section to soothe tired muscles. The family-owned hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and all rooms have private bathrooms. The Fanes hut is comfortable and also of 3-star standard - and with a thousand stars in the night sky!
