Join a cycling trip through the fairytale Moselle Valley, which stretches over 200 kilometers between Koblenz and Trier. Here the river winds through verdant valleys, picturesque villages and romantic small towns. Along the way, medieval fairy-tale castles await on the heights and rolling vineyards that climb up the steep slopes – a view as beautiful as it is timeless. The well-marked cycle path mostly follows the riverbank, on safe cycle paths and quiet country roads with minimal traffic. In addition to the magnificent nature, the Moselle Valley is also a paradise for wine lovers, where you can enjoy exquisite local wines and the welcoming atmosphere in the valley's many wine villages.

Enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque vineyards in Bernkastel-Kues, known for its exquisite wines.

Level and standard
The Moselle cycle path is consistently signposted and mostly follows the riverbank on flat stages, primarily on cycle paths and agricultural roads as well as quiet side streets. The program offers a choice between shorter and longer daily stages, for example via Zell and Treis-Karden or directly towards Cochem and Koblenz.
Accommodation
You can choose between three different accommodation standards, where hotel or equivalent guesthouse with breakfast is included every morning. All rooms have shower/toilet in the room.
Standard: Good inns and middle-class hotels with 3-star level.
Comfort: Good to very good inns/comfort hotels with 3/4-star level.
Charm: Comfortable, very good hotels with 4-star level.
NOTE - For this trip it is not possible to confirm double rooms with separate beds. If you are interested in this, we can put in a request to the accommodations, but there is no guarantee.
