Cycling in the Moselle Valley

The cycling follows a well-marked cycle route, mostly completely car-free or with sparse traffic – and an unpaved road through a nature reserve. You roll through cozy small towns like wine town Bernkastel-Kues and Koblenz (where the Mosel meets the Rhine) and your imagination will surely be stirred by mighty castles and fortresses like Riechsburg and the fairy-tale castle Eltz. After each daily stage you check in at small hospitable inns or slightly finer four-star hotels, which you choose in advance.
