Brilliant nature, culture and good food, this relaxed cycling and boat trip along the Po River waterways gives you more than a taste of what northern Italy has to offer. You'll discover cities known for their art, see one of Europe's premier nature reserves and a multitude of hidden small farming communities and villages along the way.
Each day ends with local dishes on the barge. From Venice's splendor the lagoon leads us to colorful Chioggia. After that awaits the fertile Po Delta's scenic wonders, known for its rich bird life. Then we make our way to Adria, Ferrara and Mantua – once great cities crowned by the Italian Renaissance.

Benvenuto a Venezia! Welcome to Venice! From 5:00 PM we welcome you aboard the barge that will be your home for the coming week. At 6:30 PM we have a welcome meeting, where you will receive information from your guide and the captain with staff. We offer a welcome drink. After dinner we can take the opportunity to enjoy "Venice by night", without large tourist groups the city shows its most romantic side.
Accommodation MS Vita Pugna - Venice
Level and standard
Comfortable cycling on bike paths or lightly trafficked country roads in mostly flat terrain, with occasional gently rolling sections. The stages vary in length, with a slightly longer day towards Mantua, and one day that includes bus sections for pleasant variety and rest.
Accommodation
Accommodation in private cabin with own bathroom on MS Vita Pugna. Breakfast all days, 6 picnic lunches and 6 dinners included. The cabins are about 8 sqm and have own shower/WC and opening windows - a comfortable, cozy base between the day's cycling stages.
