The first ascent leads to the '' 3 Châteaux '' in Eguisheim (600 m) and later to the castle Hohlandsbourg, with a panoramic view over Colmar and the Alsace Plain with many villages. You reach the valley that leads to Munster where you will spend your second night in the extremely beautiful town of Turckheim. Time: approx 4.5 hours.

The hike takes you from Turckheim to Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is also known as the birthplace of Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr Albert Schweitzer. Your journey then continues as you cross the vineyards in the Alsace Grand Cru area. Time: 4.5 hours.

From Kaysersberg and the vineyards you come to the village of Labaroche to hike in the Vosges. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the wonderful nature and landscapes of the Ballons des Vosges regional nature park. After Col de la Croix de Wihr (840m) the path leads to Munster, the heart of the Vosges mountains. Time: 6.5 hours.

You leave Munster and climb towards Wassenberg (746 m), where you cross the summit of Mühlenkopf (805m). Then down into the valley to discover an area with vineyards and the village of Wintzfelden. Time: 5 hours.

On the very fine terrace path with views that dominate over the Rhine valley you walk towards the beautiful village of Gueberschwihr. On the way you will be able to see religious sites and the monastery of St Marc from Celtic times before returning back to Eguisheim. Time: 5 hours.
