Today's hike will go along the Enipea river, to the ruins from Agios Dionysios monastery. The hike is not so long but you will cover more than 900 meters of elevation. Once there, there is time to explore the surroundings thoroughly before the taxi comes and takes you back to Litochoro.

Today the day begins with a taxi taking you back to Agios Dionysios monastery that you visited yesterday. From here you hike on Olympus slope to Mountain Hut A. On the way you pass a beautiful mountain chapel where the monks once lived. You cross the river several times during the day via wooden bridges or stone passages. The proximity to the crystal clear water and the beautiful surroundings gives you extra energy during today's hike.

You start with a steep ascent through alpine terrain up to the Skala peak at 2866 meters altitude. From here you have spectacular views towards the Mytikas peak which is 2918 meters high. Then you make your way over a mountain ridge to the highest point Skolio at 2911 meters altitude. Here you can carve your name and enjoy the view. You spend the night in the Kakkalos mountain hut, located among smaller peaks.

After two days of challenging trekking you have a slightly calmer day to look forward to today where you mostly go downhill. From the Plateau of the Muses you reach the Gioso pass and go down to the narrow mountain ridge Lemos. You continue downward through forest terrain until you reach Koromilia mountain hut.

From Koromilia you continue downhill and eastward via, sometimes steep, forest trails. Between the trees you have beautiful views over the plain towards the sea. Near Orlias you can take a break in beautiful surroundings. When you reach the church Agios Konstantinos you will be picked up by a taxi that takes you to Litochoro. During the afternoon you can explore the village or go down to the beach for a refreshing swim.
