The day offers the classic stretch along the famous GR34, called Sentier des douaniers after the customs officers who patrolled here hunting for smugglers. Côte de granite rose's stone boulders rise in strange shapes – like dragons, heads and towers – and shift in shades of pink, orange and red. You pass lighthouses, small bays and the picturesque village of Ploumanac'h before returning to Perros Guirec.
