Today's stage offers gently rolling landscape and charming villages. Take the opportunity to stop at La Brasserie d'Uberach for a guided tour with tasting. In Neuwiller you can visit the Romanesque monastery church Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul before rolling on to Saverne – the town where the bishops of Strasbourg had their residence. Here awaits the magnificent Château des Rohan, often called "Alsace's little Versailles", and the idyllic Marne–Rhine canal that flows through the town.
